Which calendar should I buy?
Our printed wall calendars come in two versions, printed close to you. If you're in the US or Canada, choose the US & CA version. Anywhere else (Europe, Latin America, and the rest of the world), choose the EU & Rest of World version. Both come in English or Spanish, with the week starting on Sunday or Monday. We also have a compact desk calendar with a language-free design that ships worldwide. See all our calendars here.
Are your calendars printed or digital?
We have both! Our printed wall and desk calendars ship to your door from pibubear.com. If you'd rather print at home, printable digital versions of our wall calendar, in English and Spanish, are available in our Ko-fi shop. Members of our top Ko-fi tier get the digital calendar free every year.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Most products are made to order and processed in 3–7 business days. Delivery then takes 5–15 business days if your item is made in your country or region, or 10–25 business days if it's made in another country. See our Shipping policy for details.
When will my plushies ship?
Pi & Bu are being made right now 🧸 All plushie orders ship together in early December, as soon as production wraps up, no matter when you place your order. Once shipped, delivery takes 10–20 business days. We can't guarantee arrival before Christmas.
How long will the plushies be available?
This is a limited edition, available while stock lasts. Once they're gone, we can't promise when (or if) they'll come back, so if Pi & Bu are calling you, now's the time 💜
If I order plushies and a calendar together, will they arrive together?
No, they're made by different partners, so they ship separately. Your calendar ships within a few days, and your plushies ship in early December with the rest of the plushie orders. You'll get a tracking number for each one.
Will it arrive before Christmas?
We'd love that too! Delivery times depend on your local postal service, so we recommend ordering as early as possible. If your order includes plushies, keep in mind they ship in early December.
Will I have to pay import taxes?
Import taxes and duties aren't included in the price. They depend on your country's customs rules and are paid when your package arrives. Some countries also ask for a tax ID at checkout.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. If you can't find it, check your spam folder or write to us at info@pibubear.com.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Write to us within 24 hours of your purchase at info@pibubear.com. Since our products are made to order, once production starts we may not be able to make changes.
My order arrived damaged or wrong. What do I do?
We're so sorry! Email us within 7 days of delivery at info@pibubear.com with your order number and photos, and we'll make it right. See our Refund policy.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship worldwide, with a few exceptions listed in our Shipping policy. If a product can't reach your address, you'll see it at checkout before paying.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
