Shipping policy

At Pibubear, every order is made with love through a print-on-demand service. This means each item is specially produced after your purchase, allowing us to offer unique, made-to-order products without holding excess stock.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days before shipping.
  • Personalized items may take a little longer depending on the complexity.
  • We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
  • Plushies ship as a batch, check the product page for current dates.

Estimated Delivery Times
Most of our products are printed at the production partner closest to you, so delivery depends on where your item is made:

  • Made in your country or region: 5 to 15 business days*
  • Made in another country: 10 to 25 business days*

*These are estimates and may vary depending on the destination country, customs, or local postal services.

🎁 Ordering a gift? We recommend ordering as early as possible, especially during the holiday season, when postal services are busier.

Taxes, Duties & Customs
Import taxes, duties, and customs fees are not included in the product or shipping price. These charges depend on your country’s customs rules and are paid by the customer when the package arrives. Some countries may also ask for a tax ID at checkout.

We recommend checking your country’s import rules before ordering. We can’t issue refunds if an order isn’t delivered due to unpaid customs fees or import requirements.

Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email (if available). If you have questions, contact us at info@pibubear.com.

Shipping Restrictions
Our products are made by different print partners, and due to legal restrictions or carrier limitations, some items can’t be shipped to certain regions.

We currently cannot ship to: Belarus, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Palestine, Russia, Syria, and Ukraine (including the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions).

Some products may not be available in every country. If so, you’ll see it at checkout before any payment is made.

Incorrect Address or Unclaimed Package
Please make sure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for lost or unclaimed packages due to incorrect addresses.
